Privacy Policy

Your Privacy, Guaranteed

We built QQRCodeGenerator on a simple principle: your data never leaves your device. This page explains exactly how that works — no legal jargon, just plain facts.

Last updated: February 2026

100% Client-Side Processing

All QR code generation happens inside your browser. Our servers never receive, process, or store any of the data you enter.

Zero Data Collection

We do not collect, log, or store the URLs, text, WiFi passwords, contact details, or any other content you enter to generate QR codes.

No Tracking Cookies

We do not use cookies or browser storage to track you across the web. We have no user accounts, no login, and no persistent user profiles.

How QR Code Generation Works (Technically)

When you type a URL, WiFi password, contact card, or any other data into a QQRCodeGenerator tool, the following happens:

  1. Your browser runs our WebAssembly (WASM) and JavaScript QR code library locally on your device.
  2. The library encodes your input into a QR code pattern entirely inside your browser's memory.
  3. The resulting QR code image is rendered on your screen and made available for download.
  4. At no point does your input data travel over the internet to our servers.
This is not a policy promise — it is an architectural fact. Our server has no endpoint capable of receiving QR code input data. There is no database where it could be stored even if we wanted to.

What Data We Do and Don't Process

Data Type Collected by Server? Notes
URLs you encode into QR codes No Processed only in your browser via JavaScript/WASM
WiFi passwords No Never transmitted. Encoded directly on your device.
Contact details (vCard) No Name, phone, email — all processed 100% locally
Crypto wallet addresses No Never sent to our servers under any circumstance
Uploaded logo images No Processed in browser memory, never uploaded to our server
CSV files (Bulk Generator) No Read and processed by JavaScript in your browser tab only
Standard web server access logs Yes (standard) Your IP address and the page URL you visited — standard HTTP server logs, same as all websites. Not linked to QR content.
Google Analytics (anonymous) Yes (anonymous) We use Google Analytics to measure page traffic. No personally identifiable information. You can opt out via your browser's GA opt-out extension.
Google AdSense cookies Yes (ad platform) Google may set cookies to show relevant ads. Controlled via Google Ad Settings. No QR data involved.

No Accounts, No Profiles

QQRCodeGenerator has no user registration, login, or account system. We do not create user profiles. We have no way to link any activity to an individual person.

You use the tool anonymously. Always.

No Data Retention

Because we never receive your QR code data in the first place, there is nothing to retain or delete. When you close the browser tab, the data is gone.

There is no "delete my data" request process because we hold no data about you.

No Data Selling or Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party services active on this site are Google Analytics and Google AdSense — both operating under their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since we hold no personal data linked to your identity, these rights are satisfied by design.
